I had an amazing dining experience, and it was all thanks to the outstanding service from Paulina. She was welcoming, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She made sure our needs were met throughout the meal and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Her knowledge of the menu and her thoughtful suggestions made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such genuine, top-notch service. Thank you for making our visit unforgettable – we can’t wait to come back!

The food was so good! We had the 3 course meal and each course was delivered promptly to the table. Our server Keira was so impressive, really patient and attentive throughout and we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic dining experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Paulina. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She struck the perfect balance between friendly conversation and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Paulina knew the menu inside and out, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure every detail was just right — from drink refills to timing between courses. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and her positive energy made the whole evening even more enjoyable. It's rare to come across such genuine hospitality. Paulina truly elevated our visit, and we’ll definitely be back — not just for the great food, but for the exceptional service. Highly recommended

What a lovely restaurant and quality Italian dining experience. My boyfriend and I had dinner here for our anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere is lovely inside, service was tentative and friendly, and the food was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our food really felt like a truly authentic Italian experience. We would say it was the best pizza and pasta we’ve had in Glasgow will definitely be back and recommend highly

Well what can I say, after trying to get a booking for a party of 8 for around 7pm and being told the only time they had was 4:15pm, I thought this place had to be good. Wow we weren't disappointed, but the only downfall was the waiting area is very small and 4 of us had to stand whilst our table was being prepared. The decor was breathtaking and with the Italian aroma surrounding the restaurant all made for a wonderful experience. Although we had to choose from the festive menu all dishes we had was cooked to the highest quality. They (the staff) even sang happy birthday to my father in law whilst bringing him a little cake for afters. Will definitely be going back on next visit to Glasgow. Thank you Santa Lucia for a great experience Recommendations - Fillet steak and Beef Ragu.

I came here for my birthday with a few friends, i had been before and it was amazing and again it was as just as good, the food is delicious and the staff were brilliant and the restaurant was beautiful. No complaints at all i would highly recommend to anyone.

Here on business and looked for a good Italian restaurant, and we have definitely found a Glasgow gem. Arrived and had a short wait as hadn't booked. The place has an upmarket feel with staff well dressed, but not an upmarket price. The food was amazing and so much taste. Our waitress Amber was very attentive and helpful with her suggestions for food. My boss ordered a dish, but was way to much chilli in, but saying to Amber abiut the dish, she immediately took it back and got a replacement, and the chef had sent his apologies. Brilliant service and nothing to much trouble. Amber needs the recognition for her professional and very friendly, helpful service. Will definitely be back next time im up.

Highly recommended. Visited on a Thurs night. Service was excellent from the moment we entered until we left, two hours later. Special mention to"Murrin" and "Marco". Food was 'top drawer' with generous portion sizes. We had Focaccia Al Pomodoro, Monkfish, Mafaldine Al Ragu. Each dish was exceptional. Finished off with Lemon Tart and Tirimasu. Prices were also very good. A great experience. ***** (Sorry for the poor photos).
